In the last several years, anytime I expect a package through UPS it has always delayed...and sadly, those who work for UPS have no empathy and do not do anything to get the work resolved.I will get a 2nd day delivery package in the 3rd or the 4th day.
So not commitment to the customer service and they do not offer anything to fix the problem....at the end you have no choice, but to wait.Please stay away from using UPS if you can and avoid them at any cost
