After asking my sister in law to sit home all day and wait for a package UPS sends me an email at 847pm stating we forgot to load ur item onto the truck so you can have the pleasure of sitting home another day and wait for us to come. My only request was that I have an aprox time of arrival so I didn't sit home all day yet again.

Of course 15 calls and 8 hours later I receive a call from the call center stating the driver has 45 deliveries befor you so he will be there by 830 pm. So yet again I sat home all dam day again with no result. Not just that the person was very nasy and disrespectful at the call center.

They need to develop a better grievance process. I will never ever use UPS again and I will never order from a company that uses UPS.

Monetary Loss: $200.
