I have been expecting a package since I corrected the shipping address on Tuesday 4-8-08. I have been contacting UPS everyday after then, and was guaranteed to receive the package the next day in two different occasions.
Now it is Friday 4-11-08 and I still have not received the package. I feel like this is a big joke as UPS spends so much money on TV commercials and on the technology, and yet it cannot get this problem resolved. I already postponed my meeting for three days and hoped I would get the package I needed for the meeting. And now I do not know what to say when I meet my client.
I may just say ‘UPS sucks’ and lose my contract with the client.
