I chose the best service to ship a package to India. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. It has been 8 days and the package has not been delivered yet. The worst thing is their customer service. I called 1-800-PICK-UPS number and they told me to call up the store where I shipped the package from. I call up the store and they guy told me I dont know what to do about it. And they charged me $60 for this pathetic service. Does anybody have any number that I can file a complain?
