We have sent and got things by UPS always and vouched for it TILL a silly girl in our regular UPS store gave us a return shipping label for USPS First Class mail for getting our daughter's passport back after visa stamping in Chicago. She was all big talks about how she understands the importance of documents such as a passport and this is a goofup she did!
So here we are! We sent the passport via UPS with a tracking ID and everything and our return shipment is crawling its way back through USPS first class stamp mail with NO tracking ID!
Our flight leaves in a few days and we have no clue absolutely as to where the passport is. We are NEVER EVER going to the UPS store again.
Why would someone want to send a passport using a private shipping service such as UPS and want to get it back using the USPS's non trackable option!! What was she thinking????
If we have to now cancel our flight who compensates us for it????
