ups stole my samsung s4 that was sent from rogers been told I have to wait 1 to 8 business days for an investigation. rogers already billed me for the phone and refuses to send me an other phone until ups is finish with their investigation which is *** .ups said that the package was scan as recieved by ups and was out for delivery but not updates were made or the package delivered. now rogers is not sending me a new phone but yet still has the charges on my bill until the phone is recovered by ups or investigation is closed
