I ordered a pair of shoes from Finish line and all I got was an empty box from UPS. The top of the box seemed OK but there was a rip on the side of the package and on the side of the shoe box. The box arrived very light and I am surprised to find that nobody from the office noticed the weight of the box. When I filed a complaint, they left me on hold for long periods of time and never gave me a straight answer.

The lady at the local UPS office was very rude when I asked about my package and did not give me any answers either. Bottom line, somebody from UPS stole my shoes and they are being very difficult to deal with.

I am extremely upset with the whole situation!

Monetary Loss: $150.
