I am going to small court to sue the store that initiated the package as employees kept it for themselves. UPS 800 rep suggested that i should have police investigate if I am not satisfied with results.

Shame on them for keeping valuables that belong to their customers.I shipped out two iPhone6's that UPS store employees pocketed themselves.

My package was never shipped and I was told that it was lost at the warehouse. I am so disappointed with this company. they have no customer service skills. I had rude agents on the line that never tried solving my problem.

I have been so stressed out. my phones were around $2000. I didn't buy insurance.

had i know i was using theives to ship my items i would've never shipped with them.can anyone suggest anything I can do to recover my phones??
