I am going to small court to sue the store that initiated the package as employees kept it for themselves. UPS 800 rep suggested that i should have police investigate if I am not satisfied with results.

Shame on them for keeping valuables that belong to their customers. I shipped out two iPhone6's that UPS store employees pocketed themselves.

My package was never shipped and I was told that it was lost at the warehouse. I am so disappointed with this company. they have no customer service skills. I had rude agents on the line that never tried solving my problem.

I have been so stressed out. my phones were around $2000. I didn't buy insurance.

had i know i was using theives to ship my items i would've never shipped with them. can anyone suggest anything I can do to recover my phones??
