I'm mostly writing this review to inform everyone that uses UPS to not be surprised if your package isn't delivered until 9 pm. This is the 3rd time I've used UPS to ship items to me, and this is the 3rd time they were "out to deliver" (according to their tracking tool) for over 10 hours. And the package still isn't here. Just a heads up, don't trust their *** tracking tool. Or their call center.

UPS - Worst customer service

I have a package which has been at the Union Gap UPS facility since Friday 01/20/2017 at 7:15 A.M. They have not delivered it in over a week. They wrote this on UPS.com on the 24th "An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery. / We've contacted the receiver to request additional information." No one contacted me period. I see the UPS trucks out making deliveries. I see the other delivery company's delivering on my lane. On Friday 1/27/17 I called and said I will go to the distribution center and pick up my package they have held hostage for a week. I was told my package would be available for pick up next Monday. WTF they cannot deliver it and make me wait three days before I can pick it up myself. The clerk at UPS still could not tell me when my package would be delivered. The status at UPS.com is now "Held for Future Delivery Requested". What does "Held for Future Delivery Requested" even mean? This is the worst customer service ever. I do not ship much but I will never ship via UPS.UPS

I ordered a package on the 20th and it was supposed to deliver today but they left my package in another state. Why cant I get my package the day it was supposed to be delivered.

UPS - Damaged Item

I purchased some speakers from Ebay in December 2016. When the y arrived in January i was sitting in my living room and heard what sounded like a box hitting the ground, it was loud enough for me to hear as I have thick glass and sealed doors' I got up to look outside and saw a woman walking away with another small box in her hands, looks like she was going across the street. After unwrapping the first speaker I noticed the binding post broken and had to return the speakers. First, she was carrying two boxes, the speaker box was heavy by itself, she should have used a dolly if they were heavy but she didn't. I don't know why UPS doesn't have a rating system where customers can evaluate the deliver and package after every delivery and if it is determined that drivers are damaging to many packages fire them.

UPS - Lies and More Lies on where my shipment is

I had a US SHipment coming direct to myself in Edmonton, Alberta. It was deemed to hit my door on December 28 2016. Not the case. After many calls and chats with UPS, the last conversation I had was with a supervisor who lied right to me not once but TWICE! At this point I have NO CLUE where my shipment is. It shows arriving in Edmonton and now is sitting at an "IN TRANSIT" state. In transit to WHERE??? Nobody at UPS can tell me where it is. One day I am told you will have it delivered today, the next minute I am told it is sitting on a 50ft trailer?? What do I do?? AVOID UPS!! No Customer Service at ALL!!

UPS - Consistent missed deliveries

The last 5 of 8 packages have gone to the wrong address. When I call UPS all I get is an "I'm sorry". My last package was promised for Dec. 29th as a bday gift and was tracked as being delivered to my front door, which again it was not. When I called UPS, they said it would take 8 days to start an investigation and that I would not be contacted until Jan 3 to begin this process. Too late! I also was responsible to call the shipper to get my $30 back for the delivery not making it on time. Done with UPS.Fedex or USPS from now on.

With hard earned money we bought some items from US and wanted to ship them to a port in US to be shipped by container to another country. To deliver the packages to the shipping port from our home we were compelled to use UPS because our shipping company had arranged them. Two of the packages seem to be moving to the port while one seems to be stagnant at Phoenix, Arizona for one week. We repeatedly called the customer service but we were told not to worry. Only when we insisted that something needs to be done, an investigation was started. I am praying we would find that package. The drivers who pick up packages have scant respect for the carefully packed and labelled packages we give. I posted "This side up" and Fragile stickers, but when they carry "This side up" sign is facing downwards. On top of that the customer service agents know nothing about what they are talking about. UPS is the dirtiest, most horrible company I have dealt with ever. I wonder why people still use their business for shipping. Chayanika Padumadasa - Arizona

UPS - 2 days in the depot

I had a package sent that arrived on Thursday to a branch depot to be set out for delivery on Friday, it was never put on the truck! I am guessing the truck was to full to get it on for delivery the next day. Now have received word that I will not get the present I ordered until Tuesday, 2 days late. It was ordered in enough time to get the delivery to my house. If there had been notification that they were not going to be able to deliver, I would have drove to the branch and picked up my package. I will ask my suppliers in the future to use USPS or Fed Ex to make sure I get what I order on time. Had I known they could not handle the delivery, I would have went with a second day air.

I wil never use UPS ever again, they are the worst company to ever use to ship your packages. The drivers lied about 3 delivery attempts and did not leave a yellow note not once. My mom was at home all 3 days and even waited outside.!Also the agents are very rude and don't care about you or your service with them. They have definitely lost me a a customer

I ordered a package and it said it was delivered to front desk but it was not and the person that signed does not work here. It was delivered to wrong place or not at all and I am still waiting on a call back about it. UPS needs to close. They can not deliver packages on time or to the right address or just doesn't feel like driving to the address.

Ups is worst shipping i ever used .they lost my parcel and updates fake tracking ..............will never ever use ups worst shipping i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i i paid for 3 day ship..............................customer service is also worst all are liar.
