YOU SMASHED MY £799 Tv with £145 cost and YOUR TAKING NO RESPONIBILITY

Well where Do I start Ups collected a top of the range 32" waterproof TV costing me a £145 collection repair and delivery £799 for my tv from the consumer, needed to go back for a slight repair which it's took me 2 months to sort out the repair to get them to collect repair and redeliver, ,my tv was yes it was extremely well packed,protected all corners and screen with massive bed rolls of tissue to protect everything i done everything in my power to protect that tv i even said to the driver and Fragile on the box, it arrived at the tv repairs like the box had gone through a football team booting my item all the way to the consumer.The state of my packaging is unbelievable there's a gaping hole you can put your arms into on the corner of the box and a massive hole and tear on the front of the box this was done in gaffa tape how on earth have hey managed it the tv weighed a ton, the tv is in 1000 pieces, I've made a claim and your taking no responsibility Ups,,so now I'm out of pocket £945 plus a garden tv thanks a lot I'm so upset ,,I have no money to buy a new one the company has cause a stressful time to me as I've taken a day to write causing depression and anxiety and have reduced me to tears from not answering or dealing with my complaint or claim you should do you can clearly see this has been your faults why have you wrote a silly reply back not taking no responsibility sorry ,a multi million pound company won't take responsibility for there actions misconduct of due care and attention to my parcle under the costomer care act 2015 you have distoryed my tv by delivering it ,,I've sent photos of the damage and you have used a most perthetic excuse not to take responsibility for smashing my 32" TV I can't get a new one I have no money this tv I saved to get to have a little something different in my garden the tv repair won't take responsibility because arrived damaged and in bits to them

Well I hope your pleased with yourself UPS as you made a promise to take care in my item . And you clearly didnt and haven't compensated me either.

In fact you have insulted me, I gave you my telephone number to call me to discus my massive loss and you used it to cancel my collection of inspection of your investigation to my claim massive damage claim lololol that's bloody laghable...you deserve to be shut down

What HO old boy, keep a stiff upper lip ... the collapse of your mental health is too expensive a price to pay over this incident.

I worked as a professional material purchasing agent and expeditor for years ; dozens of situations just like this were my daily bread. Did you properly insure the shipment at its replacement value ? What about any personal property insurance you may carry ?

Regardless, there are times in everyone's lives when we simply lose the match ... tomorrow may be a brighter day.
