HORRIBLE customer service...

I paid for expedited shipping for a purchase from B&H photo on Friday 10/16/15, 9:30 am,... and was promised that the package would be at my door on Saturday 10/17/15... before the end of that day...

I then receive a tracking notification that my package was "LEFT BEHIND" at the sorting facility in Queens, so I called and spoke to someone who sounds like they just came to this Country last night,... and was told very non-chalantly that my package will arrive on MONDAY that there was a delay...

I demanded to speak to a supervisor... and he said that he didn't know where my package was, and he was UNABLE to reach anyone at the sorting center in Maspeth... he then told me that basically UPS runs a skeleton crew on Saturdays and I would have to wait until MONDAY.

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to "insolvency". The author is overall dissatisfied with UPS. The most disappointing about ups shipping from UPS was pathetic customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
