I paid extra for 2 day shipping from Amazon. The package showed out for delivery last Friday, the day it should have arrived.
Late that evening I received an email saying that it had been rescheduled for Monday. On Monday it once again showed out for delivery all day, this time from 6 AM.
As of 1045 pm the package has not arrived. The people at UPS have been less than helpful - just mouthing inane comments that have nothing to do with the problem.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of delivery service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups 2nd day shipping guaranteed and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1000. Ups needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
