Recieved an email from UPS that I will be getting a delivery on 7/29 between 10-2 pm. Made arrangements to stay home .

It's now 3:15 still no delivery.called UPS and they said I will receive package on thursday 7/30. Unbelievable now I have to make plans to stay home another day. What am inconvenience. The packaging being delivered has to be signed for.

So. I had ask if i can wrote note with my signature to leave package they said no. Why would you want to make the customer happy.

Ups makes mistake and i have to suffer for it. Wish people knew how to do they jobs effectively.guess i am asking to much.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
