Worst service I have ever received!Like most people I tracked my parcel though UPS website it stated 'first attempt made' I had been home all day no one rang my bell, no card was left.

This went on for 3 days. On day 4, I was absolutely p****d off by then, I called and was told I had to pay a customs charge.

Why on earth was being delivered for 3 days, why was I not told this 4 days ago!Absolutely RUBBISH, I will NEVER use them again!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups shipping. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
