called ups because they didn't deliver my package. They said they would call back after they figured out what was going on.
A little while later, the tracking updated online and it showed it was delivered to the wrong location. We are a small business and need that package today. They said the driver admitted he left it the wrong place and would pick it up and deliver it next week. That is totally unacceptable.
This makes us lose customers. And there is no window of time for deliveries. One day it might be 9 a.m.
the next day it might be 4 p.m. you never know.
