No communication ever about disrespectfulness from the driver

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on December 9, 2015. My husband wrote a note giving permission to leave the envelope on our door until we got home.

I finally got it December 10th and when I did; I got attitude from the driver in PUBLIC over a signature issue; and he spoke to me like I was a kid telling me how to do things. I'm was like if it weren't for companies and customers you all wouldn't have a paycheck or jobs period.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). countryfan_81 is overall dissatisfied with UPS. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
