My package was delivered to the WRONG address, and when I called the location to tell them that I received an email that my package had been sent but not to me- the representative told me that I had to now call the company where I ordered it from. After futher research, the company where I purchased my product from and the UPS store did have the CORRECT address in there system,so why did the driver give it to the wrong address, totally pissed..
This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Ups. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
