Awful! Had my phone shipped to me by next morning early delivery.
They 'forgot 'to ship it. Then truck broke down. Finally got my package TWO days late. Had to stay on top of them the entire time - nobody bothered to notify me or fix it till I insisted.
Then they claimed to open a case to refund the payment - and over a month later claimed there was no case. I am disgusted w the way they shuffled me btwn shipping store and company.
They cost me two days of photos and stress on a vacation. Not to mention overcharged completely - two day delivery costs much less than one night!
