My order was split. Part of it was delivered flawlessly via FedEx. The other part was sent via UPS. DISASTER!!

Here's what you need to do to avoid shipping hassles: If you order from Amazon, you can call their customer service dept. and request that they add a notation to your account requesting that all shipments to you are via FedEx. You could also choose UPS or the post office ( USPS) if you want.

Amazon told me that they've gotten so many complaints about UPS that they are launching an investigation. Walmart is, of course, doing nothing.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of ups shipping. UPS needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.

Update: before placing an order with Amazon this morning, I called to confirm that my order would be delivered by FedEx. Nope.

You can only get free shipping now if you choose to have your order handled by UPS. To get FedEx, I would have to pay over $30 in shipping.

Goodbye Amazon and Wal-Mart. I have found other online retailers who use FedEx and ONLY FedEx because they tried UPS, got burned and learned their lesson.
