So I ordered a package two weeks ago...I haven't seen it. I tracked my package to find out that it had been "delivered" but not to me.
The UPS worker allowed someone else to sign for my package, without my authorization. Which I had to find out by calling customer service. The person that signed for it, whomever it was, sent my package back to UPS..then it was sent back to the sender. I was told there was nothing that could be done, because my package was refused.
Once again, I never saw my package nor did I get a notice from UPS. I will never use this company again if I can help it.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of ups shipping. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
