Receiving delivery regularly at least 2-4 shipments per week

One shipment went missing

Proof of shipment said it was shipped one day EARLY instead scheduled.

Proof of shipment also noted it was shipped to different city! (that other city is across the road, but still doubt arises)

On lost claim placed question whether it is possible that shipment went to wrong address? Possibly across the road?

Delivery guy / tracer came and insisting that he delivered correctly.

Asked where he left the package, first he insisted he threw it inside into the patio. When told there was nothing at the patio, he changed his story that he left it at the front door.

So I guess, he is not so sure himself whether he made that delivery correctly....

After that the guy insinuating that if I claim lost, from today onward someone MUST SIGN for all delivery to my address!!

Signed the claim form and told the guy I have no problem in signing for delivery.

The guy gave dirty look and walk away.

Of course I am pissed!

I wondered what happened when a delivery is lost. Did UPS dock the delivery guy's pay or something?

Monetary Loss: $50.
