Ups customer service is the weirdest I ever came across. they wanted my signature for my shipment and made a failed delivery attempt.

I talked with them and the lady said the driver will make 3 attempts--- she cannot tell when, you cannot specify when the driver should come (not even a time range in hours), you cannot contact anyone and ask an approximate delivery time. Basically, if you want your stuff, leave your work, just stay home for next 2 days, the driver will come...

It's like they are doing a favor by delivering your stuff to you... I would discourage everyone to use Ups, especially for things that you care about....
