ups shattered a CAST IRON dish.denied claim, stating improper packing,I dispute ,filed 2nd dispute thru store ,also denied.called customer service, called claims dept, called local ups store.

absolutely no satifaction. called and requested package be returned to me,they THREW IT AWAY. as far as i'm concerned thats still my property. states right on their website damaged items will be returned.

have gotten absolutely zero resolution from ups.i am so furious i can't sleep.

i have gotten nothing but aggravation from ups,no one, customer service,claims ,supervisors, corporate office,or local store has given any satifaction.i will never spend one dollar at ups and will tell anyone who'll listen, how *** they treat their customers
