The delivery schedule from UPS(Manila, Philippines) is worse than i can imagine. I have delivery from Malaysia reached Manila on 28th Feb 2016. As of 1st March 2016, we have to wait for whole day and still can't confirm the expected delivery time frame. I will strongly recommend our company not to use the UPSservice anymore. We keep reminded the person in-charge that we have 5 star hotel opening and we need to materials to install before hotel opening on 1st March 2016.  The UPS person in charge promised will arrange priority for our delivery but now 4.16pm still yet arrive to our palce.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $3000 and wants Ups to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

The most disappointing in user's experience was bad delivery service. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
