So UPS was supposed to deliver a package to me today, and routed it incorrectly to the wrong hub. As a result, a package that was supposed to be expedited overnight for delivery on Friday, will not get here until TUESDAY. They didn't even try for Saturday! Seriously? I paid for overnight shipping. How ridiculous is that?
Do NOT waste your money on this second rate outfit. I used to work for a company that used UPS to ship goods to consumers. We were ALWAYS on the phone tracking packages for them because UPS sucks so bad. Our customers were always pissed, and now I know how they feel.
If it had been shipped FedEx it would have been on time. But, nooooo, it was UPS.
Logistics, eh? What a joke.
