UPS seems to be going from bad to worst. They made THREE DELIVERIES attempts to my residential address at the same time (during lunch hours) only to tell me that I had to go pick up the package MYSELF at their delivery center.
THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER AFTER 5PM as stated in the post-it.
BEWARE OF UPS!! They are cutting corners and throwing the consequences to the consumer.
If you are willing to pay for a service HALF delivered then keep helping UPS rack profits out of your back!
FEDEX had this problem in the past and they have solved it.
