I shipped two sport coats overnight. Expensive sport coats.

We filled out the insurance form and away they went in the truck. Well when someone at UPS steals your merchandise they call it lost. It was in the plant in California and got 'lost'. I spent the next 6 months fighting with them to pay me the $1500 i paid for the two coats.

They claimed my insurance wasn't properly filed. There Stupid *** employee at the UPS store filled out the form and I paid $26 for it. So then they said the coats were not worth $1500, and this will make you laugh they offered me $100 and actually sent me a check. I wrote **** *** on the check and sent it back to them.

Last communication i had they said 'sue us'. This is the third time i have had a significant problem with UPS.

I didn't like: Are thiefs their employees stole my property.
