I rejected a package from UPS twice, once by phone, once in person, and UPS marked it as I picked it up which led to my phone company charging me $375. The store where I rejected it says that it is between UPS and my phone company.

They don't keep records and they can't help me. UPS doesn't operate on weekends so I can't actually get anyone to help me.

I can't believe I have to write 100 words to complain about this.

What else does this website want me to tell it! UPS is terrible and I hope they no longer get any business.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of package and associated monetary loss in the amount of $375. UPS needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
