First notice I got about a delivery attempt was the sticky that already indicated it was their second attempt and the following day would be their final attempt.I already had plans for the scheduled 3rd attempt so I went online and requested a delivery change to a day after their scheduled 3rd attempt.
Tracked it online to make sure my request got processed and it was supposedly processed 3:27 AM Thursday, so I assumed I didn't have to worry. I requested the delivery to be changed to Friday. When I got home Thursday, the sticky informing of me of their 3rd and final attempt was on my door. When I called the 800#, the person apologized because it did show my request was completed and said someone will call me to make arrangements.
When someone did call, after 8pm, he left a message telling me to just call the shipper to ship it again.
Aren't they wonderful?
