First notice I got about a delivery attempt was the sticky that already indicated it was their second attempt and the following day would be their final attempt. I already had plans for the scheduled 3rd attempt so I went online and requested a delivery change to a day after their scheduled 3rd attempt.

Tracked it online to make sure my request got processed and it was supposedly processed 3:27 AM Thursday, so I assumed I didn't have to worry. I requested the delivery to be changed to Friday. When I got home Thursday, the sticky informing of me of their 3rd and final attempt was on my door. When I called the 800#, the person apologized because it did show my request was completed and said someone will call me to make arrangements.

When someone did call, after 8pm, he left a message telling me to just call the shipper to ship it again.

Aren't they wonderful?
