UPS repeatedly says they tried to make a delivery & no one was at home, or some such similar thing when I was sitting in my apartment waiting for them to ring the bell, which the driver did not do. To add insult to injury, instead of offering to redeliver to my residence, they want me to go somewhere to pick it up.
This after I've PAID them to make delivery to my home!
I usually find out about this via text message prompting me to call their horrible customer service people (forget about online chat, it never seems to be working) who tell me I'll get a callback from the local station which NEVER happens! Unfortunately, the only worse delivery service is FedEx, so we consumers have little choice but to put up with their poor service.
