I was called from this line 7187063199 whomever works in this customer service department is very rude and unwilling to service the customers he over talks and cuts you off within your sentences ups needs to take responsiblity for there drivers that leaves packages and then blame the shipper for not requiring a signature.I live in a four floor apartment and reside on the third floor.How could you leave not one but two of my packages and then mark them as left by the front door.I never received both my packages i live in brooklyn so we all have a clear idea if what happened.That person from their investigations department needs further training no wonder he left no name and that number is set up so it can't receive incoming calls.This all happened about one month ago and an investigation is still ongoing this is high class *** and ups needs to get it together.
