UPS attempted delivery at my house on a Friday (I was not home) and with signature required the package was not left. I contacted customer service that I would pick up the package myself on Monday.
Received confirmation via UPS Quantum View that the change was noted and package was at the local service center. I went there Monday, they could not find the package at the service center and the driver didn't have it either. Brilliant, not the first time I've had issues with them and amazingly no issues with FedEX and USPS.
UPS wasted my vacation day waiting on the slim chance it might be delivered. I will be using FedEX and USPS in the future and avoiding the Teamster mentality at UPS.
