Upon tracking my late order, I see that it has been "out for delivery" for 2 days, since 12/4/2012. I called customer service and they said the package was at a sorting office and they were backed up and would deliver it as soon as they could!
What? Even if it's a week, tell me, but don't tell me that you cannot commit to anything. That's absurd. That is the business they are in.
I have never heard such a thing!
Wish I knew who to go to, but I'm stumped! Any ideas from anyone?
