Both times UPS were supposed to deliver to my door this year they have failed to do so.Instead of pressing my buzzer number they take the package straight to the UPS store for self pick-up.
Tellingly, they don't leave any failed delivery notices making me think that they never turned up in the first place (why not leave a UPS sticker if you really did turn up?). They also claim to have tried a delivery when both my wife and I have been at home (another lie). This is the worst company and customer service I have ever encountered.
Not because of a single instance, but because UPS do this every time.So much so that I dread dealing with companies that say they use UPS.
