UPS driver too lazy to finish his deliveries on a Friday night so put In that signature service not available at my address, which is crazy as we get deliveries all day. Upon calling UPS I was met with agents who can hardly speak clear English!

On hold for 30 minutes! Said she "sent a message" to the terminal to call me, they didn't.. called back.. pick it up in the morning they'll hold it for you..

they're closed Sat/Sun! Called them Again., sorry ma'am wait till Monday., we're real busy! REALLY?

They're driver messed up and their customer service does this? STOP SHIPPING with THESE FOOls!
