They would supposed to pick up a package. It was at the front door. Instead, I received a notice pickup attempted. When I called (even though I informed ups the package was by the front door I was told to leave the package outside. I called back and all the instructions were in Spanish. When I was finally able to talk to someone in English l was told to take the package to the ups store on MacArthur in Irving. When I went to UPS store, they wanted to charge me to ship. They told me I had to go to the warehouse.

A different story from each person I talked to.
