I ordered an item and after almost a week after it was supposed to arrive I contacted the shipper which I found out that UPS pretended to attempt to deliver but I didn't even have a notice at my door. I got my tracking number and contacted them, after several emails they agreed to hold it to the following Saturday.
I got a call from a customer service person confirming it would be held to the weekend.
I got to the store to pick it up on the Friday and surprise surprise it's already been picked up the day before. Complete morons.
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Ups. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
