I am currently at the UPS pick up as a result of receiving a My UPS Choice alert stating my package is ready to pick up. We'll it's not and two clerks are *** bound blaming everything other than trying to locate mine and two other customers packages.
These people have no idea what customer service nor does UPS.
Your My Choice needs alot of work but so do the attitudes of the "customer service" employees. Rediculous.
