The delivery driver came to the door and said I have a package to sign for and the brokeage fee was $19.54 so I offered to pay cash or debt and the delivery driver refused to accept neither cash or debt she said they only accept credit cards or a certified check from the bank I didn't have a credit card so she gave me a parcel card and says I can pick it up at the UPS office the next business day after driving twice to the one and only location postal office in my city that's far away a good 35 minutes drive from where I live I swipe my debt card to pay for the brokeage fee only to find out the bank put a restriction on my debt card gas and time wasted UPS is the worse shipping company to deal with they refused to accept cash or debt and expect everyone to have a credit card or certified check from the bank I've never had issues with other shipping postal service before they took cash or debt cards without any issue I definitely do not want to deal with UPS again after a bad experience
