A package was shipped on an order I cancelled with AT&T UPS refused to allow me refuse the shipment within 30 minutes of being notified it was shipped the driver then lied and said they met a woman when it was delivered when I advised the to pick it up they said thy would pick it up Monday at 645pm it still wasn't picked and I contacted them and was to it would be picked up by 7. At 830 it still wasn't picked up.

I advised it would be moved to the Street and they said I would be responsible if lost.

Here it is 9pm and still not picked up. How can they think that I could be held responsible for something that I told then not to deliver and them want to disturb my family at 9pm
