How can a company this large not be able to accept credit card payments online.With DHL I'm notified of the customs charges, I login and pay the fee online.
Then I can select to have the package left at my door. With UPS I'm told they can take a payment, but it take 2-3 days to process. How can it take that long to run a credit card. Also, they have no way of notifying the driver if I do pay.
So I'm being told, not to pay the UPS agent on the phone and wait for the driver, otherwise I'll end up paying twice.
This is going on the second day of making a family member wait at home until a driver shows up.Get with the times UPS or your company will disappear.
