I arranged a package to be collected monday before 7pm, didnt turn up...they arranged another collection before 3pm Tuesday, didnt turn up..

contacted them them to ask why, couldnt answer but assured 5pm collection, wait for it... didnt turn up! Called again to see why and was advised i had called and cancelled the collection when i did not.

Rearranged for tomorrow before 3pm which i doubt very much will turn up.No appoligy or compensation offered
