Paid for overnight delivery on a critical package and waited around all Friday after verifying it was on the truck for delivery.At 6:49 PM I checked to the status to see a notice (that was posted a few minutes prior) that the supplied address was incorrect, no call from UPS.

I called and verified that the address I supplied was indeed correct, and the driver most likely just couldn't find my house, and was given this answer: "They're closed for the weekend. They'll give you a call Monday."

So an error on their part means I don't get my critical package that I paid a HUGE overnight shipping fee on until it's convent for them in a couple days?

Called about upgrading (on my dime) to Saturday delivery and was told they can't do that.Next time I'll stick with FedEx.

I'm having the same delivery issues with UPS,it's been happening on a regular basis,they have the worst customer reps.
