I paid a lot of money to have an item sent overnight last week. I understand about the weather conditions not being the best on the east coast last week, so I knew I might not get my package overnight.

Totally understandable. I however don't understand how I go to track my package today and see that it has made it to my city, only to be sitting inside a trailer for the next few days not to be unloaded.

Explain to me how you are going to charge me excessive rates to get something asap and then tell me oh it's here but you can't have it for a few more days? So, I suggest that you should at least refund me the expedited price that I paid to have this package 6 days ago, response " We don't offer refunds due to weather conditions, You will get your package when you get it"

Monetary Loss: $50.
