i ordered live fish for a reef and it was by overnight air

UPS said it would be there by 10:30, then when i called in again i was told to wait until 12...then said it will be delivered today but later in the evening

i even said i will pick it up from the hub which is 20 minutes from me...its been sitting there since 3pm....

horrible horrible customer service..15 minutes phone wait and in the end they have no information

Obviously those poor fish won't survive in the cold

will NEVER ship ups again

fedex has never been late

Monetary Loss: $1000.
