I've been checking my tracking and every day it says my package is out for delivery for the past 4 days, I have yet to receive anything. All UPS customer service has told me is that it is on the truck out for delivery.
I could've told them that by checking my tracking number, looking for an explanation of why my package is delayed so many days.
I would have found 1 day late acceptable, but 4+ days is a little ridiculous. I have never had a problem with UPS before but this experience is making me reconsider ever using them again.
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with UPS. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
