Be very careful using their website. To be on the safe side, if you don't ship pkgs often, just call and talk to a live person so you can avoid my "mistake".

They told me that I had only created a shipment; that I hadn't arranged for a pick-up.

I know that I selected a time of day window for the driver; selected 'where' to find the packages using a drop-down menu.

And, worst of all, the receipt that I printed said that "service was guaranteed by end of day" ON the date I had arranged to have the pick up occur!? They told me that that date would have been my guaranteed delivery date, "had you created a pick up order".

We took the boxes to the United States Post Office AND paid $100 less than UPS was going to charge us...for the "convenience" of picking the packages up at my house.
