12-27 UPS delivered my package to the wrong address. Verified delivery on computer; notified UPS by telephone.
Lady named Kim (very nice and professional; wish they could all be like her) notified the Supervisor of the delivery man. Called back and said delivery man was already out of area; supervisor advised him to continue on his route. Said package was "left in a car when no one answered door". No package in my automobiles (I have trucks).
Supervisor would not have delivery man return and retrieve my package. No mor UPS business from me; I will be at regional office tomorrow morning to file a complaint and lost package claim.
