12-27 UPS delivered my package to the wrong address.Verified delivery on computer; notified UPS by telephone.
Lady named Kim (very nice and professional; wish they could all be like her) notified the Supervisor of the delivery man. Called back and said delivery man was already out of area; supervisor advised him to continue on his route. Said package was "left in a car when no one answered door". No package in my automobiles (I have trucks).
Supervisor would not have delivery man return and retrieve my package.No mor UPS business from me; I will be at regional office tomorrow morning to file a complaint and lost package claim.
