I came in to get my business incorporation notarized.I did it once before and it only took 3 minutes.

All I had to do was ask them for notarization and they did it. The first notarization they messed up because they didn't understand that I needed a different type of notarization. So I then had to reprint a copy. Their printer wasn't working and start printing multiple pages.

And then wouldn't print at all. It took 50 minutes for them to figure out how to print a page. Then they charged me for all the pages that were printed accidentally because of a printer issue.

All throughout this were complaining about their day which was very unprofessional.You should never expect your customer to know how to do your job.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
