purchased 2 items on the same order on amazon. It was shipped with UPS.
Miter saw and stand. Ups split the order in half with 2 tracking nrs. I got the stand on time but still don't have the saw (paid over $650 for it). On the Ups tracking site says they can't find the address.
It is almost one week late and when i call costumer service they apologise and tell me it will be here tomorrow. I even requested to have it dropped of at the closest Ups store.
I need the saw for work. this is my last Ups shipping.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $900.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Poor customer service, Delivery, Unethical business practices.
