purchased 2 items on the same order on amazon. It was shipped with UPS.
Miter saw and stand. Ups split the order in half with 2 tracking nrs. I got the stand on time but still don't have the saw (paid over $650 for it). On the Ups tracking site says they can't find the address.
It is almost one week late and when i call costumer service they apologise and tell me it will be here tomorrow. I even requested to have it dropped of at the closest Ups store.
I need the saw for work. this is my last Ups shipping.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to offer any options to resolve the issue as the author lost $900. samR2015 is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about package at Ups was poor customer service, delivery and unethical business practices Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
